Good question. I have been working on this lately and it's bloody hard!! But something that has been helping is saying to myself, 'Am I activated/triggered right now? Yes? Okay, maybe the way I am seeing things isn't the most accurate. I am going to revisit these thoughts when I am feeling more grounded.' Then I look at safe distractions, connecting with others, soothing practices (like a shower, a cry, some movement, or a comfort show). Could you try anything like this right now? I didn’t do everything this morning. I tried really hard and couldn’t push myself hard enough. I tried but ended up making myself sick. I crashed really hard. I’ve just had dinner and so far have kept it down. Usually the withdrawal starts later on tonight @tyme

What do you think would be helpful at the moment? Going to bed? Exercise? Spending time with your babies? Making a phone call to a crisis line or to someone else?

It’s pointless going to bed as I didn’t sleep well last night without the med and I tried to have a sleep this afternoon and I can’t switch off enough. @tyme
Im watching home and away. The only person I could call is my best friend but she just has dramas and I don’t want to hear it.
I just want to curl up in a ball and cry.
Im wondering whether all the energy I’ve had was hypomania. I was feeling really good! Yesterday was a massive day and was really proud. I did also post a picture of simba yesterday. Tagged you just incase you popped in.
