Ah thanks @TAB..I've been struggling some things.
Today I saw my psych..turns out a lot of my trust issues are related to abandonment.
It's a battle all the time, when triggered.
It never would have occurred to me the 'abandonment' issues.
Ahh but thanks to all who called out...@Bridget, @Kurra, @Faith-and-Hope, @Apple blossom...and @Former-Member...we now have common ground a little!
Although my psych says not getting true sense of any borderline, given I also rated highly in subjugation schemas also.
Interesting stuff.
I know I'll continue to battle it all, and recent life things have pulled me in so many ways.
I felt I couldn't find reason, understand what was real, not real....incredible overwhelm!
I know you would really understand this.

A guy at the shops this afternoon was so rude and angry, for no reason. Really upset me.
Wish I coped better in life. I ended up saying something to him and reported him to the manager, but the whole situation was very stressful. He was an older man working there. I told him that he is the rudest man I've met in ages. What happened to politeness.
I cried at the checkout. How embarrassing.
I hate food shopping. 😮😢
Anxiety plus. 😣😨

Wow, I can find such things overwhelming too.
I was just telling psych today how I'd been triggered in the chemist.
I felt so vulnerable, & couldn't wait to get home that day!
Unsure of plans yet, might be a make it up as I go along scenario..

Oh you too @Former-Member. It's an awful feeling, feeling so vulnerable.
I couldn't wait to get home either. Still feel like crying.
I used to have a terrible fear of men. I'm alot better, but really struggle with rude angry men.
I'm not that good with supermarkets, I find food shopping quite stressful, to be honest.
Gosh! How will I go now, lol. Have to laugh at self. 😂
Life can be so overwhelming.
Trying so hard to cope. Something always seems to knock me down. Grr!
Something really hurtful happened yesterday. Took a while to get over that.
