@TAB I've been eastern suburbs all my Perth life. Before I moved back to my own home ex friend and I were renting a house in Forrie for $415 a week. The house got sold after we moved out and they rented it out for $600 a week. I am blown away by the hike in prices in Perth these days, it's ridiculous.
