Re: Tabaluga's

There was a segment w 2 journos at tea  @StuF  basically ICC gives all money to india, aust etc. Windies have no tv deals to as no broadcaster . Cost them $2 million to come here. They make nothing. That shamar dude was living in jungle 5 years ago never seen tv no mobile ph etc . Hes makes Michael  Holding look unfit and he played in commonwealth games think .. money will make them interested lol

Re: Tabaluga's

I'm looking forward to it too @tonys

I actually normally don't follow it closely, but this series has grabbed my attention!

Re: Tabaluga's

Yeah, ICC is the BCCI's servant these days. We do alright, too.

There definitely needs to be a shake up for Test cricket to stay vaguely relevant and survive- beyond India, Australia and England...T20 has a lot to answer for, too.

Shamar's backstory is pretty amazing

Yep, money talks...let's hope it has a few conversations with the WI and the ICC (BCCI)

Re: Tabaluga's

Watched the cricket @StuF @Bill16 @Glisten @TAB @tonys and was very happy with the result. Exciting stuff!

So glad the weather allowed a result. Well done WI 😄 Really hope this marks a resurgence in world cricket for them. Please dont let test cricket die.

Ahh the good old days of Joel Garner, Michael Holding,  Andy Roberts, Viv Richards,  Gordon Greenage and the likes. They were unbeatable once.

A loss for the Aussies is tough,  but I think needed. It will do more good than harm.
