im just going to head out to pick up some groceries and lay down in bed. i havent been well the last few days and trialling some new medications. if they dont help ill have to be admitted to hospital

its for mental health. they are trying to help me stay out because they know if i go for many weeks i dont have enough leave to pay for the house etc so means theres a chance i can get kicked out and that will bring a whole new problem.
im seeking a new psychiatrist. i dont agree with the one i recently seen and was to dissmissive of hallucinatons.
