I'm sorry to have missed you last night... for some reason I've not been receiving notifications these last few days...?

Just been reading back on how you were longing for the day to be over and done with. I know the feeling. I had an unfulfilling day but hit the meds hard and knocked myself out by nightfall.

Though I had a much better sleep today and got up at 6:45 and went to the gym. I feel so much more refreshed today and I have a GP appointment shortly and then uni today. 

Do you know anything on bipolar?

I really don’t understand myself. How Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday I was feeling absolutely awful and today I’m feel really great and not sad at all. My aunt was wondering if I have type two bipolar at all but I don’t think i would as I haven’t had a manic episodes so I’m not too sure.

Maybe I’m just have a good day who knows.
