Yes he thought he  would stop his meds too  as he was sick of all the side effects., he tried this week , but I could see the change straight away but I tried to support him -- it is hard

but then today he said he was very unwell in the head

There are a lot of other people here who have struggled in the same way you are ..... they will tell you that it is worth seeking that help and support ..... these things can be healed and / or managed through a variety of different means.  You deserve to feel better than you do right now, and that can happen for you.

Please speak to your doctor, or find another one you feel more comfortable with if it is the relationship with the doctor that is inhibiting you ..... 

I am sure the mods can help you locate other avenues of support.   It's worth it @Jacques.  You are not alone with this ....
