Thats really good youre keeping active. I have let my walking go by the wayside until recently. For the last 12 months or so I've had issues with my thyroid that threw a spanner in the works. I am doing better these days and have been doing lots of detox so feeling like my usual self again.
Are you still getting out to groups. I know you were doing lawn bowls or was it tennis last time we spoke? I was really happy for you getting out and about and meeting people.
I know you had a birthday recently too. I remember you're a virgo like me!
I haven't got much more news. The weather in Melbourne this morning was icy cold with hail so put on some thermals in the middle of spring!
Hows your little car going? I think having a vehicle makes a big difference with mobility and not being restricted.
