• @Glisten @Yeah there’s lots of stuff coming out about Churchill. For a long time he was on a pedestal.  Glad you know how to be ironic. Rotterdam had to deal with accidental bombs from Britain. Not even my family spoke about that and they fell only a few km away.   Hmmm. I felt ambivalent for a while about the big cigar man… cos he brought PEACE… but he was such an arrogant twat.  The Brits were a bit notorious for being offhand about the lives of the colonials.
• Now I feel more clear… and the ambivalence is lessening. lol
• Gave a friend a loan of a PEACE cantata cd. We made it at Hamer Hall…. With More than Opera… About John Monash and Grace … an Australian nurse on the battle fields.  One number was called Pink Telegram…. Made extra poignant by watching the little SBS short.

Not a great weekend for mr shaz with surgery happening on monday , so trying to stay calm

addibg to this one family member wants her lawn mowed , what we have had heavy rain all week and the surgery coming up --- arrggg
