As for me, I’ve been dealing with a few personal issues by knitting, cross stitching and crocheting over the duration of the day to help me work through some things. It has helped and I’m feeling a lot better for doing these crafty things- being creative yet productive at the same time. Right now, I’m following the line of ‘Not my circus, not my monkeys’ with annoying people/organisations causing me havoc so I’m trying to trying my best to work through things. My housemate /best friend had a hospital admission for surgery today and will be home tomorrow so my house has been calm and quiet- perfect chill time for me. At least there’s been no plumbers to visit due to our hot water finally being back to normal - 3 visits in 5 days to fix our aging hot water service that the landlord doesn’t want fix/replace all because of their continued losses at Vcat via the stupid property manager. Funnily enough, it took going to Vcat to get the property manager to actually accept our rent payments and to properly receipt them instead of her playing games with us as she wanted to evict us but failed. More to come with that issue in our favour later on with missing money.
Time to go and chill in front of the TV. It’s a case of 6pm news, dinner, Home and Away and then The Block. Next week, I’ll have no tv coverage at a respite house for 3 nights so I’m making the most of my tv while I have it. My phone may be getting used to stream and download different programs to watch!
