I'm summoning up some feeling of ...... Stamina to clean not my flat. 

In the past @ENKELI I was a crazy lady. If I heard that someone was going through a difficult time, I would turn up at their home. And say, ' I can't listen to your problems but I can clean and I'll clean your place for 6 months once a fortnight and I did. 

Today I'm sitting in a very dusty, pretty messy place writing to you not cleaning 🧼

Hey darlin, thank you for taking the time to say this, it's not always easy to stand up and be accountable. I really value your words and the energy you put towards your relationships - including with us! I'd also like to highlight that your behaviour wasn't as 'miserable' as perhaps your brain is telling you, and you do have a LOT going on. Sometimes it all just comes out as 'word vomit' eh?
