Okay @Historylover
Iv been naughty. After all these years.....
I enjoy taking a pinkie fingernail of pot chocolate or a gummy.
No anxiety for me.
The only thing that annoys me is -
Iv worked hard to get the support I get
I do not use this stuff lightly
And here I am, acting the best life I can.
I'm looking ok. My support worker asked me ' you don't have issues ?? '
I am annoyed to respond -
You don't know how bad it can get.
I
I get annoyed because I feel I need to justify myself.

Still going with my carpet bowls, tennis and table tennis, @SmilingGecko and this week I added badminton too. Still also volunteering at the op shop however I don't know how long I'll persevere there, but the sports are a wonderful activity physically, mentally and socially. I'm keeping well and am happy. I wish the same for you. Have a good weekend, @SmilingGecko.

Thats good you are participating socially now with sports @Historylover I'm really happy for you.Today I'm just keeping busy around the kitchen. Was going to go into the township but may just focus on getting stuff done at home. Got to assemble my sturdy clothes drying rack which I bought a while ago. Its tuff as anything. I did have a tree drying rack but after years of use it finally had the gong. Just did some new moon wishes yesterday, wrote them on a list and am manifesting allready! Its been good.
Have been reading some free online current magazines off Libby app which is linked in with your local library with your library card. You can read them online at home. Its really changed my life. I dont want to buy regular magazines. They seem so pricey at the newsagents but with Libby I get a weeks viewing of magazines for free. You get to look at each of them for a week thats all. I don't know why I did not sign up sooner, its been highly educational. I've been reading Money Magazine and got the heads up on more ways to save. Thank you for encouraging me to go to my local library.
I did find an online website that lists just about as many books you could imagine for free. I've checked some titles I always wanted and yes they are on there. With inflation going the way it is we need shortcuts. I used to buy lots of books in years gone by but now its just not do-able.
Anyway I hope you have a nice long weekend

Hello everyone, this is my first post on Sane Forums. My name is Gemma13, but I'm actually tonys mb1's bookkeeper, friend & carer. The reason for my post is to let everyone know that most importantly he is fine & no need to worry about him, he's in good hands. I know he'd be annoyed if I bored you with all the long winded medical jargon, short version is he's in hospital & has been since his last post.
He's in isolation with a couple of respiratory bugs (not Covid) that they're still trying to identify. As a result he's had to be taken off his medication for Autism etc, & so is non-verbal & a bit dissociative, (although he's off in another world, I'm sure it's a good one as he looks pretty happy). He knows he's missed his dear friend's @glistens birthday, @dolldips lonely times & many other important events from all his friends here & I can tell that it concerns him very much. He is writing poetry etc but unfortunately it's not the sort of stuff he can post here. Everyday I notice improvement in him & his specialist says at the current rate of progress his meds should be able to be reintroduced hopefully in the next month or so.
He had a long list at home of his friends on Sane that he used to talk about all the time but I can't find it in his cluttered cave. I currently work a lot of shifts, plus looking after his place in his absence, so won't be able to post often, but the man is an absolute ox. I can guarantee you he'll be back on his feet again, stronger than ever, sharing time with all his beautiful friends at Sane.
Once again, he is in good hands & recovering, so please do not worry. Take care everyone.
