@Glisten Reminds me that I saw something interesting (and I thought cool) when up in Port Macquarie: a pro Palestine protest march along the sea wall on the river (right out front of our cabins). A hugely popular pedestrian walkway. Very low key. A few people who 'looked Palestinian' and mostly white, older folk. No chanting or anything, just a few flags and 'scarves' and one guy had a portable speaker with pleasant music at a 'sensible' volume. Maybe 30-50 people. Was really cool (much better than my hackneyed description). I wanted to cheer them on, but wussed out.
Anyway, good on you. Especially for encouraging your children.
