I do none of those activities. None. I'm lazy. No motivation I'm afraid.

I could argue that you're doing one of them @utopia, you're connecting on here which is a great step to be taking, especially if you're feeling unmotivated

It is raining all day here today 

not doing much inside

gathering information for the new specialist I see in the city tomorrow, i think it will be wasted time, but my doctor is interested in what they say 

 

so, while we are there tomorrow, husband can go to his favorite store 

had pancakes for lunch and hubby has gone to bed 

i am just relaxing here waiting unitl cuppa time again

Ooh I haven't had pancakes in ages! That sounds like a tasty lunch @Shaz51 

Hopefully there are some insights that your dr can gain from the specialist appointment tomorrow. 

 

I'm good, I'm about ready for another cuppa, might need to pop the kettle on very soon

@Shaz51 I'm doing okay. My severe Depression has gone down to mild Depression. So no more suicidal thoughts. I'm able to think clearer and just overall, feel better.

Thanks @Ru-bee . Yes I try and sit in the sun everyday. And pat my dog. Throw her the ball. Listen to the birds. So a bit of self help that way.
