Hi Anastasia,

It's true that we need to give as much to ourselves as we can to keep ourselves afloat.

On the other hand, It is so good to know that, even from a distance, we can assist each other through this forum.

I know, in a physical sense, that most of my time is spent on my own and it is with pleasure that I have been able to offer and receive support and emotional sustenance from forum members.

Maybe it is helpful practise getting to exercise our "socialising muscles "online after periods of isolation.  It has been great knowing @Jacques for about 5 years now ...Thinking of you mate.@Bunniekins has been on the forum for over 3 years.  I feel fortunate knowing you both.  We have not lived in each others pocket, but the long termness ... helps somehow ... yet it is also great getting to know newer people.
