Re: My Place

Awww. Thank you @Oaktree

Re: My Place

Feeling really flat today. I need to shake it off because I need to get some prep work done tonight for my role plays tomorrow. One in the morning as well as one in the afternoon.

Re: My Place

Awww hun. Has something happened that is causing you to feel so flat @Oaktree ?

I'm sorry you are feeling that way. It doesn't sound like a very pleasant place to be in.

Do you think you will be able to do the role plays tomorrow?

Re: My Place

@tyme

I am still struggling as a result of my psych session. I was particularly emotionally unregulated on Tuesday night. I was also extremely distressed. I am ok but feeling really down.

I will push through the role plays tomorrow. I can’t really not do them unless I have a medical certificate and it’s difficult for the Tafe if I miss it because they are getting an actor in for the assessment the risk of suicide one.

Re: My Place

Take care @Oaktree . I'm so sorry it has been so hard after the session. I recognise that sometimes, it's the hardest sessions that make the difference and push up to recovery, but there is also a fine line between re-traumatising.

We are here if you need company.

And I totally understand that you can't really not do the role plays as you have to do them anyway. The last thing you want is that you have to do them at home and record them! That's what I had to do, and I hated that!

However, when you do the role plays, if you feel you need to step out for a bit, I'd encourage you to let the facilitators know.

Hang in there hun. So proud of everything you are doing.
