Tried to book a group but couldn't do it cause it gives you no time to put in code

@espressologic I just tried to register, got to the end but I accidentally hit refresh befire I could upload the files for my mental health care plan.  The refresh had me reenter all my details which I did and this tome uploaded the files.  However I got an email saying i couldnt register because I was...

currently registered in our Guided Service program, or
already registered for this RecoveryClub program.

So I'm not sure what has hapoened.

Hi @MJG017, I think we've had that problem with other people too. If you haven't already, can you please email recoveryclub@sane.org? We'll need to sort this out in a less anonymous space 🙂

Hi @Leeanne1, I'm sorry you had some troubles booking in to a group. If you can make sure you've made a Zoom account, you can then email recoveryclub@sane.org and they can help book you in, and maybe figure out exactly what's happened.

I'll let our IT team know that the time it allows you to put in a code is too short. I'm not sure whether this is something we can change, as it might be a Zoom thing, but I'll follow up 🙂

Thanks, @0ddsidian.  I just got an email today telling me to activate my portal, which I've done and am now logged into my portal/dashboard.  So I'm assuming everything I am sorted and where I need to be right now.

Yes, the Zoom groups are the main part of RecoveryClub. But you don't have to have your camera on. Sometimes people just participate in the Zoom chat, rather than speaking out loud too.

Ok I don't know how to get into the group because I can't get the code in quick enough
